CONTRACT

AGREEMENT

WITNESSETH

In consideration for the mutal agreement set forth below, the parties 

agree as follows: 

 SCOPE OF WORK

Fenceit will provide all materials, services,

and labour for project installation. 

This includes necessary labour, materials and required tools and 

machinery needed for completion of project for this property.

WARRANTY

15 years warranty for overall fence and survey.

CONTRACT PRICE/ PAYMENT

The owner shall pay Fence it the agreed amount 24 hours upon completion of build or a late fee in the amount of $250.00 will be applied. Payments owed over a longer period will be subject to interest charge of 4.5% per month. All legal fees occurred to collect the payment will also be at customer's expense.  For example lein cost and legal fees. 

Payments can be made by cash , cheque, credit or by

E-transfer

This is a binding contract and will have a cancelation fee of $500.00 or cost or materials ordered. Whichever is higher in amount.

 COMPLETION TIME

Contractor agrees to complete the project in a timely and profesional Manner.

Upon signing up home owner agrees to hire the services of Fenceit under 

terms above.
